MP for Bournemouth West
Conor was born in Belfast in 1972 and his family moved to Hertfordshire in 1980.  After secondary school in St Albans Conor attended Southampton University where he studied Modern History and Politics. Since graduation he has had a variety of jobs working in the communications and finance sectors.

David comes from three generations of Sidwicks that have lived in Bournemouth West. He went to St Luke’s School and then Bournemouth School. Apart from his time at Bristol University he has always resided in Bournemouth.

First elected in 2007 Andrew Morgan has been privileged to represent such a beautiful part of Bournemouth. He recognises the special character of this area and works hard to ensure that the quality of life for local residents is as good as it can be.He runs his own proof-reading and copywriting business and is also a Trustee of the Bournemouth Town Centre Detached Youth Work Project. In addition, he is a Trustee of BH Live – a Trust set up in 2010 to operate the BIC, Pavilion and four local Leisure Centres including Stokewood.

Philip Broadhead is a local businessman with three young children whose wife is a GP at the Talbot Medical Centre. He was elected as a Councillor for Talbot and Branksome Woods in 2015.

Mike grew up in Bournemouth before studying Maths at St John’s College, Oxford University. He worked in London and Singapore within the banking and software industries before returning to Bournemouth in 2008 with his wife, Nicola and their sons, Samuel and Joseph.   Having already served as a councillor in a busy part of London, Mike was first elected as councillor for Central Ward in 2011. For the last two years he has also served as the Council’s Cabinet Member for Strategy and Policy.

I was given the honour of being elected as one of your Conservative councillors in Kinson North in 2011 and re-elected in 2015.  One of the first things that I realised was just how historic Kinson is and how it was moving forward, regenerating itself and becoming such a special place to live and work in.

Dave has had the privilege of serving Central Ward as one of your local Conservative councillors for over 20 years. During that time he has helped and advised many residents with all sorts of issues of local concern.Currently, Dave is the Cabinet member with responsibility for Planning and the Environment and is responsible for helping deliver many of the Council’s functions including bereavement services, coastal protection and town planning policies.

I have been proud to be a Councillor for Kinson North since May 2011. During my time serving you I have taken an active role within the community. I have dedicated myself fully dedicated to the conservation, development and growth of Kinson. 

Norman Decent was brought up and educated at Edgware, Middlesex. His family always came to Bournemouth for holidays and this place has remained at the very heart of Norman’s life.Upon moving to Bournemouth permanently, Norman ran his own Property Business working in Boscombe East and has kept himself busy for a period of 23 years. More recently, Norman has become really involved in voluntary work from Bournemouth in Bloom to Neighbourhood Watch and working in the local Inspiring Change shop.

Roger Marley has lived in Bournemouth since 1988 and worked for many years in the cinema business at the ABC and at the Pavilion Theatre. He is a Licensed Lay Minister in the Church of England and will soon have served the Diocese of Winchester and the Town Centre Parish for 30 years.
