As Dorset’s Conservative Police and Crime Commissioner, I am proud to represent the people of our fine county, as your voice in policing.
My role is to scrutinise Dorset Police, holding them to account for the delivery of policing in Dorset. Alongside this vital scrutiny role, PCCs are required to produce Police and Crime Plans, with my eight-year plan chalking up some significant progress against six key priorities - Cut Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour, Make Policing More Visible and Connected, Fight Violent Crime and High Harm, Fight Rural Crime, Put Victims and Communities First and Make Every Penny Count.
My Plan, which is four years in, is based on feedback from Dorset residents – your concerns, your aspirations and what matters to you where you live and work and socialise.
